I did see it, looks interesting. Did you ever get any info or pic on the joints you use? I'm thinking of ordering a pair off of Mcmaster to make up a set for myself, but the price seems a bit lower than what I was expecting, I know there is a very wide selection of materials and such on those, I'm just trying to make sure that I get the right thing the first time. I don't mind changing them every 2 years or so if they wear out, but I don't want to make them and then have them not be right and go bad quickly.

email me at qwikredline@hotmail.com i dont have the build sheets here on my lap top is a pwb something, you can get various qualities of bearing the best is about 60-80 bucks, but trust me they will wear out in a nano second with dirt and moisture....on race cars they last about 12-24 hours of running , but race car environment includes dissambly etc every 3-6 hours... its a high load area and is also the front rearmost cradle fastener "spacer"....

Even the PTFE lined ones are wearing out that fast? Damn. What kind of life are you seeing on the street?

I know its a high load app, thats why I keep eating up the poly bushings I put in there.

so far a couple of weeks i will let you know. as for the poly bushings they are doomed cant work, the joint has to allow the flca to move up and down and in and out at the same time and poly cant do that no plastic uhmw delrin whatever can live in this applicaiton and a cross axis ball joint that could work has insufficient movement
