they make an ok product but to bad they only appreciate their local customers... their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced.(on more than one transaction) and turbotim is a dick.

Their products suck. Someone blew off a flexpipe within 2 weeks of getting his header/dp.

I never loved them, they were just the cheapest and most popular. After seeing their stuff firsthand, it's crap.

yep, teh zzp flexpipe busted on my first dp as well. it was the exchange of emails after that that made me never buy from them again... and this wasnt my first ill experience with them and thier shitty customer service.

The thing that really irked me about them was how the H/DP group buy went down.

Start of GB - Pay before July, and we'll have them mid-end July
Mid July - beginning of August
Beginning of August - We have no idea. Feel free to ask for a refund.
1 week later (after many people got refunds) - We'll be shipping next week! Sry can't get back in if you asked for a refund.

Yeah, screw that.
