Looking to get new head unit

If you have a after market head unit could you please tell me what brand you bought?I am willing to spend around 200 to 250 for the unit and it must have a aux input so I could plug my portable xm receiver into it.Any help will do.....thanks.I am just looking for the best bang for the bucks.I have the premium sound unit now so I will need the right harness to make this painless as possible. One other thing as the redline is not listed is a "ion 3"the same setup?

I got the Seattle MP74 from Blaupunkt!

Nice MP3 player, pretty cool to move around the menu to search MP3!

The EQ is amazing too! Auto-Tune with a MIC!

i love clarion radios, blau are a clsoe second for me. hate to say but def. not a kenwood fan. havent been in a while. i dont know if they have any lestf but crutchfield had a killer deal on the blau top of the line deck with pretty much anyhting and everything except a tv screen even has a built in mic with auto eq to listen to yous cars interior, they had these at 50% off which is less then what i paid for them myself and im a dealer. otherwise cant ever go wrong with a clarion. just get a pro audio model if you do so you get the 2 year warr instead of one year its only a few dollars difference to step up.
i am also runnind the 755 as speeding is. my wife has the 9255 model for pure sound quality. if you the sweetest sounding cd player ever made for the car the 9255 is the one to get. dual 24 burr brown d/a convertors 8 volt pre-out everything in it was specifically made for pure sound quality and nothing else.

Thanks everyone and Z I will look into the clairon.Does it really matter if the aux is in the front or in the back for ease of use.

I have always been partial to alpine and eclipse. I am waiting for my friend to have some extra time so that we can put my old deck in my car. (Alpine IVA-D300) Does just about everything but my laundry, but I'm sure they make an adapter for that.
