Yeah it's very easy to do and has all instructions and pic's to boot! Maybe a 45 min affair total if not so mechanically inclined! Just make sure to properly mark your shifter cables!

I love the way it shifts better but as I have said before, the biggest benefit is you can get larger styrofoam cups without punching holes in them between the shifter and ac nob.
Gives you a shorter throw and a more solid shift feeling. Which makes you scratch your head as when they designed the IRL they said it had short throws! Which it does not! Most of that solid feel is the shifter base bushings that you replace and the shorter shifter stick! But like i said if you get over aggressive on shifting you can pop a cable off! so be careful!
