Availability of Redlines?

you just have to keep looking on the web for the one your looking for be patient one will eventually pop up check ebay also. and the 07 models do not come with recaros. you can buy them seperately but you will pay out your ass for it. FYI i waited 3 yrs. for a seriously good deal on the recaros i bought Thanx again Big Brother for that.

this thread is full of lulz...

the mounts are the only things different w/ the 04 and the rest of years... some (most) of the 04's had reverse wiring on the intercooler pump. There was an aero wing in 04, the engine was rated at 205 hp 205 stock, the radio was different. all years were under rated. I dynoed mine stock at got 220 hp and it was an 04... so no, there's nothing wrong with an 04. BUT, some of them DID have "ghost issues"

Only the '06s had the black/gray insert Recaros.

FYI, the biggest differences between the '04s and the rest are the same differences in all IONs, mainly, the addition of "quiet steel" to dampen road noise complaints on earlier IONs, plus a few other upgrades.

If you search the forums, there is a thread which breaks down the total number of Red Lines sold each year (by color), with a grand total of right around 5800 produced.

I have an 04. If you can not live wothout an lsd then stay away from the 04. Other than that no major differences. My 04 has 177,825 miles on it. I put all vit three miles on it. Try to find a redline that has not been moded that way you can enjoy modding it.
