If you're looking for reliability, meh there are better cars out there. I bet upkeep would be cheaper on the mudstain than on the RL though. I now drive about 40k a year so newer fancy pants cars don't make sense for me. You should buy something that gives you benefits for what you need it for. If it's just for fun, by all means get what you like. If it needs to serve a purpose and it has to be a daily driver make sure it will work to those ends.
