a while back i posted a thread on how much a speeding ticket would be for going 78 in a 50......so this week i had court and i come to find out that the judge who is assigned to my case is a crazy bitch.....this is my sentence

400 dollar ticket
no option for traffic school (hello high insurance)
license suspended for 30 days
also she said some bullshit probation-like crap about if i break a law before i turn 21, then my license is gone for a year.....wtf

That blows. I got an 85 in a 55 down to a 64 in a 55 PJC (that is what it was called in NC, basically it comes off your record if you don't get any tickets in 3 years) and a 300 dollar fine.

I got pulled 6 more times, but I got laywers to wash them so it didn't affect my PJC. I have gotten 8 tickets, but i still get the safe driver insurance discount becuase I will always get a laywer, no matter how small the ticket.

BTW, SWEET 0-60 time.... And a not too shabby 1/4 mi.... Congrats on that... Bummer about the ticket

I got a verbal warning for 55 in a 25. Then soon after I got a 58 in a 25 and fought it for sooooo long that they gave me a "local forfeiture" 400 dollars and no points

Christ you guys drive fast!!! I'd probably be in the same boat but I'm driving mostly on I69, so when I take off from an exit I get to go 0-80 every time and generally don't have to worry about getting a ticket. If I lived in town I'd never get to enjoy the acceleration.
