I love GM but right now if I could have a tattoo put on me it would say in big red letters GM IS DEE-DE-DEE!

This one claims Stage II with 241 HP as does the open air edition with the Stage I.

Correct! That's why GM is gay. You buy stage 1 for HP and stage 2 for torque.
