SCDyne Issues - We are going to proceed with legal action.

Okay, the SCDyne fiasco has gone on long enough, so here's what we have done and are going to do.

1. It is important to note that SCDyne IS NOT and HAS NEVER BEEN a supporting vendor of this forum.

2. The SCDyne account has been banned.

3. We need to get information about those of you who have sent money to him and what you have received and not received.

4. Your payments were made out to whom, and sent via what methods.

5. You can either post publicly, or send me an email to the following address:

legal@redlineforums.com

Thanks.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO GET THE NEW HEADER AND TRADE MY OLD ONE IN?

The stock exhaust gasket will work with the new header and I'll send you one before the week is out with a copper SCE gasket for the head flange. UPS air so you'll have it before the first of the month.

I'll cover the cost of the dealer service, but you'll either have to wait for UPS ground 5 day and a paypal refund of $92.00 or I'll overnight the header and you wont have to wait.

Also you need to send me the other header back ASAP and I'm going to trust you do that. Usually I have to take a CC charge and refund it after I get the header.

That's pretty much all of it

Luckily for me I haven't had any dealings with SCDyne but it is nice to see that the forum gods are looking out for us members.

I'm glad to see some action being taken. I hope to see scdyne go down hard after the way he's treated many people who have bought from him.

Good move, I am glad to see you take this action. I also hope that even if somebody like this was a legit vendor you would still follow this course of action, it go's along way in providing some assurance/security for your members on all forums towards what might be a shady vendor, such as a select few that we have seen on SRT forums.

i have no need for legal issues.

i paid him the original group buy price, waited ~6 months, and got my money back after requesting it. if you need more details, i'm sure i can dig something up. just let me know.

Vita,

Thats good to know. If everyone gets what they ordered or a refund, we have no reason to pursue legal action.
