i had no idea

hey all, i'm rather new here and honestly, i only showed up to learn a little more about these cars. i met a great guy the other day here in port richey/spring hill that managed to stay on the bumper of my 86 shelby charger, and that doesn't happen often, much less with a saturn. surprised the hell out of me. who'd a thunk it? i love it. he pointed me here and gave me his screen name...redlinekid, but i can't seem to find it. if anybody knows the guy, point him my way, because i'd like to talk some more about this little rocket from saturn. hell, i talked about it all day at work!! if anybody is interested, my charger has a mitsu-turboed 2.5 with no cat and a conquest/starion intercooler pushing around 13psi right now with a hybrid transmission. my best time in the 1/4 was 13.9@104 and a 2.1 60ft. and i never THOUGHT this saturn would stay on my bumper. time to get that bigger turbo, eh?

Hey there buddy, just to clear things up, it was my brother that you saw in port richey. He doesnt have a sn on here yet but he gave you mine just so you can check this place out probobly. We both have black redlines but you can definately tell them apart. Mine has 3inch exhaust with a magnaflow muffler so you can hear the difference lol . Feel free to ask any questions about our cars there are alot of ppl on here that can help you out.

yea man thanks for the credit there is a lot of people on this forum who know alot about these cars so just throw some questions our way and we are glad to help u out and thanks again for thinking so highly of our cars at least u are not one of the many SRT4 owners who want to bash us because they are "faster stock" i dont mean to pick another fight with that comment.

welcome to the forum man

Fortunately, all the SRT-4 owners on here are pretty cool guys.

Welcome to the forum. The domestic sport compacts are on the come up. Soon, you may get passed by a Redline or Cobalt.

welcome, luckily, as said before, all the SRT owners on this site are cool and are just enthusiasts wanting to know more about the domestic competition, i like your car by the way, always had a weak spot for them, look around, pretty much anything you can know is here somewhere

awesome. glad to know that some srt-4 owners are reasonable. this place kind of feels like turbododge.com, where i hang out quite a bit. and as for getting passed by a redline or cobalt soon, don't bet on it. colin inspired me to muster up some money and finally get that new turbo!!! i also have a couple of supercoupe coolers i'm going to have welded together and replace that starion cooler. wheeeeeeee!!!
