Well, I just got back from ordering a new pacific blue 06 RL with the comp package, upgraded audio, side curtain air-bags, and stealth mode (no wing). If my calculations are correct, I should have it just in time for spring!

BTW, on the showroom floor, there was a red 05 RL with sunroof, aero wing, and side air bags (maybe upgraded audio, not sure what else). No comp package on it. List ~22.5K, manager special 4K off at Saturn of Albany. Just thought I would mention it in case anyone is looking and interested.

damn so they are offering it for 18k ? brand new no miles? hummmmm

I asked about the miles. Salesman thought there maybe ~100-150 miles on it. Said they moved it back and forth to the sister Saturn a bit noth of there. Since I wanted/needed to order to get what I wanted, I did not pursue it.

I was just up that way a couple weeks ago, I could have swung by to grab it...

There's a red '05 sitting outside my local dealership as we speak. List was 22.4, no mention of a markdown yet...

I'm thinking of waiting until early spring when they want to get it off the lot for the 06's...

That is how I picked mine up.

I had a Ion 2 Sedan which I was leasing and hated! I am in sales and I put 33k on that car in 1.5 years. It was uncomfortable and handled like shit! I had been wanting a RL for quite sometime, just waiting for the right time. Mine was 24k with options on the floor. It was the last 05 on the lot and they need to get rid of it and I wanted one. Considering this was the 8th Saturn I bought through Saturn of Orlando, they worked with me. I got it for 19k out the door with about 80 miles on it.

The rest my friends is history! And now I like my RL more that I like my wife's covertible TT. Probably the best car I have ever owned!
