Saturn Mystery Shopper

I got an email from "The Saturn Team". Which is normal in the monthly news letter you get for "My Saturn" members. Basic idea is that Saturn has teamed up with Service Evaluation Center to mystery shop saturn dealers on the service you recieve. You go in, do your routine service and pay for it. Turn in the reciept and they reimburse you as well as additional compensation. You just have to give a report on the service you got.

Has anyone else gotten this email?

Here is part of the email.

"As a valued Saturn owner, you're invited to participate in an evaluation
of your local Saturn facility as a "Mystery Shopper".

In an effort to serve you better and help Saturn continue to deliver a
world-class ownership experience, Saturn is conducting a research study
to gauge the Customer Experience. The goal is to collect honest
feedback regarding the Customer Experience of the Saturn national retail
network. Saturn has teamed up with Service Evaluation Concepts, Inc.
(SEC), an International Research Organization, to perform this study.
Together, we're putting Saturn Service and Sales Departments to the
test, and we would like you to be the judge."

Hey I got one also. I was going to make a post about it but never got around to it. I wonder how legit it is because I could use the free oil change.

I had one in my email today too. I was just looking at the site. It is well put together and looks legit. Can't tell how much effort will be involved with it though. Sounds like you need to go thru some training then report back a bunch of details on the web. You get reimbursed the next month. You can also then get more training to become a Business Analyst, then a Certified Business Analyst where you take on other assignments.

Anyone going to jump in and try it?

I always give perfect survey scores, especially to service advisors. I guess I'm a little biased because I'm an advisor for Ford.

Sounds like there is trouble in Michigan to me. Half of the people in this thread so far are Detroiters. Actually we all live like 3 miles from each other. Max, maybe it was the problems with you seats that prompted all this, lol

I live in Fenton, MI 6 months out of the year...I took my car to Saturn of Flint a lot. I got this e-mail as well...But I'll be in PA the next 3 months. Your MI theory may have credit.
