Watch your warranty, GM is notorious for voiding warranties, right down to you changed your rims, and now you have suspension problems caused by the new rims.

Just check with your dealership and get it in writing that they won't void your warranty.

Just an FYI

i wont be using one until after the warranty is up, but that wont stop me from making one!

it really looks like the factory airbox setp takes air from in the front bumper, which is closed off to any fresh air. my setup will take in air from under the engine, boxed off to get only cold air from ground level

will do, btw, i only took a quick glance, but didn't see anything standing out as an intercooler. i know it's not going to be like a FMIC with a turbo set up, but shouldn't it be between the airbox and the MAF???

is it possible that it is internaly coupled to the S/C? i didn't really look too hard, but there isn't much room to peek around either. im going to look tonight anyway, hopefully get a digi cam to take some pics of the engine, and the intercooler if i can find the damn thing

it's in the same place as my saab I believe...

in front of the rad, from what I can tell, there should be a diagram in the engine bay of the emission system and should point out where the intercooler is.

ive looked in the front of the radiator, and i didn't see it, although i was only looking through the gap in the front clip. i'll be checking that out later, because if there isn't one hooked up, im going to feel screwed, although i doubt it. anyways, i'll keep ya up to date

gm cannot void your warranty for anything that you do to your car without proving that what you did caused the damage, period, there is a federal law that prohibits them from doing this, they cannot void your warranty, unless all parts needed for routine work is provided free of cost during the entire duration of warranty
