Arrow Calling All Whith Smaller Pulleys!

has anybody who steped down to a smaller pulley had any belt squeel? i got a bit on mine and i dont how to stop it my pully is a 2.9 so its a bit biger than the intence ones and i havent heard any complantes from them...any help!

We had the first complaints about 2.8" pulleys when they first started popping up, but not many people had it. I've seen another person with an SS, that was saying he was getting slip with a 3.0" one. Not sure. I have a 3.1" and there's 0 slip. I know a few people here are running even smaller.

I get very slight squeal untill warm. But my pully is still 1/8" out. LOL. I fixed my puller 2 weeks ago, just havent hit those last few turns yet.

your best bet right now is to pick up the ZZP adjustable tensioner. It is around 80 bucks and you will never have belt slip problems again. check it out on there website.

Yep 20 from intense, gotta grind the bracket a bit but that's real easy and it's holding my 2.7 tight.

hell it holds my 2.5 real tight...only get a small couple chirps on startup then it warms up and is fine....then again my car is just loud...u can hear the gears turning over, the s/c whirring, the injectors are LOUD...it just sounds pissed off lol

woah you dragged this from nowhere. I believe at the time of this post there werent any companys offering bigger idler pulleys.
