what to put in my 05?

just got a have a 2005 Saturn Ion redline with under 90k miles on it
whats the best ...
Gas?
Oil?
Coolant?
plugs?
Wires?
Air filter?
Oil Filter?
are fuel injection cleaners/additives or oil stabilizers actually a good thing? bad things?
anything other then changing filter and fluids that I can do to keep my new baby running smooth?

I'll let some of the performance mod guys answer this better but

Sounds like it is not stock with a stage 3 ECU

Intense performance - think I heard of them here on the forum - a little

but most people here talk about Zzperformance
