Ikes I didn't know he took actual brace orders and hadn't sent them out yet. I'm kind of stuck waiting too until he gets back to me. I'll let you know as soon as I find things out. Sorry this has been going on

Well I'll get on him to make sure he has the dampeners at least. If not he's going to have to shoot the business my way ASAP so I can throw you guys in the group buy part of things.

yeah, i ordered back in september the blue 3.3 setup and i havent got anything yet. i'm being patient tho.

Ok guys this is what's going to go down:

Vita has not gotten me the information I need in order to assist with getting you guys your product. I'm frankly sick of hearing about it and want the issue to be resolved. I'm PMing Vita and giving him until Wednesday the 14th of December 2005 to get his act together and get me the jobs so your braces can be made and can be shipped out. If I have not received the payment to do your orders from him by that time I will be opening a new option for you.

If by Wednesday December 14th 2005 there has been no agreement reached with Vita I will offer all people who had purchased from him the opportunity to re-purchase through me AT COST. In order to be eligible you will need to show proof of payment and show that you have received no product to date. This can be done via confirmation from Vita, by showing proof that Vita refunded your money or by filing a complaint with your cardholder and sending me the complaint. Your window of opportunity will expire on 12/16/05 with the end of the group buy or if/when Vita approaches me to handle the outstanding orders up until 12/14/05.

I want to be fair and want to make sure you get your products. I am sorry that I cannot take a loss on someone else's mistake but I will attempt to rectify the situation with this remedy. If you have any questions, please private message me.

So, after the 14th, if you get nothing, we're to file a complaint with our CC companies and dispute the charges against Vita? That will get US our money back, but is Vita perpared for that? I don't want any bad blood over this, I just want what I paid for (almost 4 months ago).
And Cynic, I know this doesn't involve you, other than you semi-inheritted the mess - I appreciate everything you're doing to get it straightened out!
Unfortunately, being overseas, my options are limited until I redeploy home sometime next month. Definitely keep me posted via here/PM though - thanks!

Bad blood or not, this has gone on too long. The issue needs to be resolved in a few days. I don't care if he does the brackets himself or if he gives me the business, you guys need your product. No one has to take me up on my offer but you guys need some sort of remedy to your problem and that's all I'm offering.

Thanks Cynic, I will definitely look into this myself.

P.S. I am only waiting for my revision 3 bracket (I forget which one is forward facing, I think it's 3.1), and I already have my brace ready to throw on at home.
