Thank you for the update Vita.

Vita has confirmed that shipment of the designs, etc... will be sent via UPS to me tonight. This means that I should be seeing the product sometime next week and can begin taking orders. I've spoken with Ekool about Vendor status and do not know whether or not I can rightfully advertise so I will keep that info out of the picture for now.

The production pitfalls that have plagued the brace will not be an issue to me. I have extras of each tool needed and a drill doctor to sharpen bits when they go dull. The supplier for the steel I need is one city away and has the product readily available so brackets will not be an issue. I will have a few of the dampeners to start out with and once those are gone I will need to wait until the supplier receives their shipment to order more.

Customer service will be provided at the highest level. At this time it will be restricted to emails and private messages, but if things take off I will consider a toll free #.

Thank you for your patience in this transition. Once I'm up and running most of the issues should disappear!

Thanks Vita. Hey at least you made good on your word which is better than giving up and being a sellout. We appreciate your hard work and I have no doubt this brace is going to rock

thank you, thanks for being patient. they better look VERY cleaned up. raw stainless doesn't, and that's why i wasted my last couple of dollars on getting them finished. didn't want to go out with a flop... (though some may argue that i am, and they can lick my anus).

you'll see, the way he cleaned up the non-stainless was pretty impressive, so i only have high hopes for the stainless (plus they won't have to be painted, though if you do, clean them VERY well).

I'd just like to take this chance to say...

Nice try.

Some people try, and some people don't. It's admirable to try, and nothing wrong with moving on. I'm about to tackle a similar project.
