I just ordered the spark plug boots. I've been told by a long-time J-body enthusiast that when he put them on his 04 ecotec sunfire, it smoothened out power delivery and helped his gas mileage slightly. They aren't made for adding power or anything, just delivering cleaner spark.

rk sport stopped making it do to gm's "3piece" spoiler.
