Well max_boost & urbanmonkey are out...they'll be busy. Since you're downriver dazed, you should probably just meet us there. Do you know how to get there? And yes, you probably should wash her. I washed mine yesterday and it started raining at night . I cleaned her up a bit today, so hopefully she'll stay clean tomorrow, although on the trip to Milan, bugs usually get in the way.

And I'm highly thinking about dragging my car tomorrow...you know, because it's a lease. Do we need a helmet? And if we do, does anyone got one that I can borrow? Al?

See the couple of guys around here tomorrow at Meijer at 1....

If Monkeygod isnt gonna go then I might aswell meet you guys at meijer. Gm3 can be counted out too for he is in Toronto. I plan on meeting a friend at Milan. He lives in Allen Park so it is more practical for him to meet us there.

So what time we meeting? Im flexable on Sat.

We have to be there by 4pm for registration. That is when the gates open. So if we don't have to make stops on the way then lets just meet at 2 pm.

-Also ran into Comp blue redline up at Clio. He might come down tmrw. (PS I have video of some of the events. sweet burn out comp)
-Al do you have any extra helmets?
-Al are you ok with meeting at the Meijer's in Rochester?
-Jimmy you bringing the rest of your crew and your Mom again? They were cool.
-Monkey, if you go you are REQUIRED to bring this fictitious hot chick of yours.

So just me, Al, and Jimmy. Painted is still an unknown, Max is working (Time and half oppurtunity), Comp blue is a maybe, GM3 is in Toronto, My redline is MIA, Monkey is a maybe if he can get out of work but will meet us later if he can. That should cover everyone who is ussually interested. Magical, pac.blue, Amishland,. Who else is there? I need to get my spread sheet updated. Bahhh

I am going to bed. Talk at you guys in the AM

First of all, FICTICIOUS hot chick? She is oh-so-real, did you miss the post where I posted her picture?! Oh well, I'm not ACTUALLY concerned.

Secondly, I failed to get tomorrow off of work, so instead of running down the dragstrip, I'll be washing dishes It sucks hard. Papa, if you run slower than a 12.999 or 13.999 (not sure which), you don't need a helmet, so chances are you won't. I went to the strip up in Stanton with Clownhair last weekend and ran a best of 15.030 (crappy track conditions + track n00b + high temp & humidity = 15 second run, which is damn good for the odds against me).

Have fun, and post tomorrow on how it goes. Papa - drive well for us!

I'm planning on driving well tomorrow. That is fay that if we run slower than the 12.99 or whatever that you don't need a helmet, prejudices.

I've been out for the last hour practicing my launches, trying to get them down pretty good. I think I understand the wheel hop thing and how to get around it if it happens...it'll be a different story tomorrow 'under the lights' when the adrenaline is pumping and me being a noob at it.

Does anyone know if it's a limited number of runs for the $20? Hopefully not. It'll be interesting to see how the whole day runs, if they have all these separate contests, and people are just racing in the backround. We'll see I guess.

I won't forget to fill up with gas this time, since I've been practicing the launching tonight, my gas light came on, so I HAVE to fill up. Now should I go for the 94 Sunoco? Hmmm....

I knew I forgot some a couple of people in the PM...oh well. I'll send it out to them and hopefully they'll get it before 2pm tomorrow to decide.

I think it's only my brother coming. He'll get to play with his new camcorder And tape me making a fool of myself the first time on the strip...
His friend might come, but I think he's sick.
My mom probably isn't, I think she's busy.
And way to go to bed really early. Wuss.

We got him:

http://www2.buydig.com/shop/product....&sku=PNPVGS150

Panasonic PV-GS150. From there, and with the 1st Executive Kit. After reading a bunch of reviews, this seemed like the best one to get for the price. The 3-CCDs in it makes the difference. He's pretty excited about it, and hopefully I can post some video that he takes from tomorrow (well later today). And I should probably get some sleep if I want to be able to concentrate well.

It'll be interesting to see how I first react to the tree...I know I'm gonna screw something up the first couple of times. Watch me somehow get a .001 RT...haha

Whoa, someone that was up later than me. Unless you woke up then like a crazy person on a Saturday?

It looks like it'll just be the 3 of us at Meijers then (right off of M-59 at Rochester Road).
