The car can handle far better than I can utilize it. I would come into some corners real hot and go " oh shit gonna spin out" and the car would just bite, blip the throttle and it would pull it right through the turn. I was keeping up/ beating some cars that had suspension/brake work in my stock car. They came up and were like " is that thing stock? You were flying!" My first lap out I looked like an idiot though, I couldn't get the lines down and I have never been on a road course before. Well an instructor was nice enough to ride with me for a session and help me get it down, then I rode with him for a half a session to see his lines/braking/accelerating. It was a tremendous ammount of help. On my last session I was doing much better. There is an almost 1/4 mile straight that I was topping at about 80 mph the first few sessions. On the last session I was hitting 100 mph through the straight away.

Maybe this weekend auto-x will help a little. I thought it would be a good idea to take a little break..........what was I thinking I havent raced in a month.
