Cool thanks. I'll just wait until Saturday to check it out since I'll be busy most of this week. Meijers is good for me.

What other cars are you coming with, and what part of Woodward will you be sticking too?

And meeting up at Meijers again is fine on Saturday, even though Woodward is a mile away from my apartment in Troy. So it would be nice if we could meet closer to Somerset Mall on Big Beaver & Coolidge . Whatever works though.

We have to decide which part of Woodward we'll be sticking around (either Pontiac or the B-ham/Royal Oak area). IMO, those are the 2 best places to be. I haven't been to the dream cruise down in Pontiac yet, so it'll probably be good to go there if that's what we decide, so I can compare it to past dream cruises in B-ham. If I don't like it there, then I'll just go to B-ham for the rest of the day/night. I like B-ham though because there's tons of areas set up with all different types of cars parked to walk through and look at, with some big areas set up by Ford and GM. I don't know where Chrysler sets up their stuff, it may be 13 & Woodward.

And by the way, I'm gonna be on Woodward probably every night this week. At least every night that I have my car. I'm bringing my car to the dealership on Monday morning to get a bunch of little things worked out, now that I'm done with the internship and can afford to not have my car. Hopefully they'll only need it for one or 2 days. Anyway, my point is that I'll be out there for most of the week nights before the cruise here, and if anyone else is free and looking for something to do, then we should meet up. I'm usually around the 14 mile area. PM me if you'll be heading out there.

Maybe meeting around your apartment is a better idea, is there any extra parking there, or parking lots near by?

I think we should start out around the birmingham area that way we can see all the exhibits and stuff and then make our way toward pontiac in the evening to check out what's going on down there.

Yea there's this parking lot I park in every year that always has parking right off of 15 mile, about 1 block away from Woodward. So we can dos that up.

Have you stayed for the night life down in Pontiac? Do the cops shut it down early, or do they let people get a little crazy? And the safety factor in Pontiac is...? Last year, I think they started making everyone get off of Woodward in the Royal Oak/B-ham area right when it got dark...so that sucked....

I was going to say my biggest concern with going to woodward is finding somewhere to park.

The last time I was in pontiac I think the police let the stoplight racing and burnouts go until about 9:30 or 10. I think it is safe to go to pontiac, I've never had any problems down there.
