Oh yeah, it's coming down like a bitch, it started snowing when my buddy Andrew left work at 7 and we had about a half inch by when I got out at 9. I'ld love to have 9 inches of snow, for sure.

My guess on the salt trucks? 2-3 AM, my buddy Dennis is one of them and he said that's when he's hitting Farmington.

I already shoveled the parking lot (ony 5 spots). I figured I saved myself some work in the morning. I don't know why I enjoy shoveling snow. It is simple. I love the snow. It's kinda like

Gonna find my baby gonna hold her tight..........

You're...crazy man. And, you're on a role today: First you wash your car without realizing it's gonna snow like crazy, and you don't have covered parking. And now you go shovel the snow, when it's not even halfway done snowing yet.

Oh well, seen any accidents from your vantage point yet? I'm gonna go out in a little bit here to have me some fun...hopefully I won't come back as another victim to the snow in my RL. I'll let ya'll know when I get back to let you know my baby is safe. I know you'll want to sleep easier tonight knowing that

No good accidents. A few ppl sliding thru the intersection though.
I can't find my digital camera. Maybe I should set up the video camera and point it out the window.

I got mine home safe, but I only drove 35-40 mph all the way home.

Dave, if you love shoveling that much I have a whole driveway and walkway waiting for you.

At the time I wrote that I was watching Ron Burgandy. It was the scene where he was explaining Love to the Action News team.

BTW the salt trucks are out. (11:12 pm)

How is this for irony? We get a lot of snow today, my car is sliding all over the place, it took 3 hours to drive 45 mins....

On the good side my Weapon-r intake showed up today! LOL As of Saturday I will have the loudest car going 5mph in my area!

That was fun, and I managed to not break my car! It's back in one piece. I stalled out a few times, which was going to be a given being my first time really jacking around in the snow with a stick.

But we went out after in a neighbors Mazdaspeed Protege, and his winter tires were noticeably worse of grip than mine (Dunlop Grispac for me, Hancook something for him). In a parking lot that we were jacking around in, we were straightening out a slide, and of course a curb has to pop up in front of us out of nowhere. He couldn't avoid it, so we bounced over it, and he dented up his rim, and now it's leaking. The only good part about that is he jacked up that same rim last weekend in the snow, and was going to replace it tomorrow anyway. Oh well, still had some fun tonight

Heck I dont need a snowmobile, I already got one and its a supercharged too

I have a 31.2 mile( I checked yesterday) drive to work. It is half highway and half suface streets. The only place I had a problem was the ramp from M-39 to M-10/ Northwestern Highway. Traffic was all backed up because it is a ramp and everyone was taking an easy. The back end of my car kept wanting to slide into a wall everytime I came to a stop on the ramp. Other than that I managed about 5 under the speed limit all the way home and got home 10 minutes later than usual. I just love passing the guys in there trucks, esspecially through the fresh powder.

it is best to keep the RPM's around 1500. At 40 I was in 5th, Less tourque less wheel spin right. I also hardly had to use my brakes.

Once again I praise my Dunlop Graspik for another thrilling performance
