This is a tutorial i made when i installed my grill.
The first thing i did was i went and got some paint from a hardware store here is the paint i used.

Things needed: Mesh grill aka gutter guard
and paint if you want to.


I sprayed two coats of primer and three coats of blue paint.
and then let it dry for 2 days.

after that I lined the mesh grill up with my bumper. I also had the bumper off my saturn.
I then marked were the tabs on my inner bumper are with a marker.


after that I cut out the marker.


Then I drilled holes through the tabs on the inner bumper.


I Place the grill onto the back of the bumper.


I added zip ties like so.


After the zip ties I bent the sides of the grill down and cut some of the grill and bent it down.


And here is the finished results I didn't add any to the sides because those will be fog lights.
