Arrow Competition Package-Pics?

My friend is interested in the RL's, but is debating on gettin an 05 with the competition package, or just the normal 04. We haven't been able to find any pics of the package or it's contents, so if anyone with the package could take some pics and post em, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Don't get your hopes up; I've read SOME places that it's coming soon but I was talking to the guy at my dealership last Wednesday and he has heard nothing of it, and it's not in their computers yet. An '05, however, wouldn't be a bad choice; the boost gauge, powder-coated rims, and LSD are not worth waiting for imho the car is great stock as can be. just roll with it.

Arrow

Yeah, I've got an 04 RL, and I was tellin him that if the only reason he would want the 05 was becuase of the competition package, go with the 04 and get the $3000 and no interest, then buy the stuff aftermarket with the saved money. $3000 will get us at least 50whp soon.

My dealer hadn't heard of the competition package, either... He called "the factory" this afternoon and it sounded like he got a vague answer.

So does noone have the competition package from the factory yet? My friend is a salesman at my local dealership, and he said there wasn't a competition package car made in our sales area yet. (they can only trade cars within our area). He said their hadn't been one made period yet, but i thought at least one person on here had it from the factory. I'm planning on ordering a black '05 w/ competition package on monday. He had a brochure (sp?) on the competition package, so i know it exists (as we all do). I'll call him up tomorrow and see what he says about ordering it, have him call the factory and see if it's available yet.

You would think they would start to know about this as it is listed on the Saturn website for $1470 for the '05. http://www.saturn.com/saturn/feature...ex.jsp?nav=210

yeah just the LSD alone its a good deal. What else do you get alone with that? A boost gauge, powder coated wheels. you couldnt get them to put that on for anything near that price. Course its cheaper because they are putting on during assembly.
