Thumbs up M62 Ford Probe GT

Wow, this thing sounds amazing. I don't know what else to say. It looks badass too.........I can't believe I'm saying this about a Probe. The M62 is activated via a switch which is also cool as hell.

Take off vid:

Different car here (Mazda I think) but it shows the engine compartment and the switch deactivating the blower (it's on a clutch):

I would drive that in a heartbeat!

that second one is a probe, it has a japanese KLZE in it. That motor is 200 hp stock, that black one is apart of the probe forum i am on. (I used to own a probe lol) they are very under rated cars, and can run pretty good when enough stuff is done to them

Hmmmmmm..........looked like it had the Mazda logo on the steering wheel so I just assumed I don't know much about them though. I would sport that black one in a hearbeat. That thing is beautiful and I really don't care for probes. That s/c just sounds so sweet on it........I might have to get me one of those bad boys.

the flip up headlights give it a way to be a probe. If you get one make sure it is a GT, the 4 cyl in them things suck balls. The 89-92 GTs came stock with a 2.2 Turbocharged engine and the 93-97 came with a 2.5 V6. The Japensese KLZE is a direct fit with a new ECU. The probes handle and drive very well, I actually like the way my 4cyl probe handled better than my RL

I've seen an engine bay pic of a supercharged PGT. It had the blower cross mounted (Facing away from the pulley system and had a really long snout. It was mounted to where there was piping going from the outlet of the blower to the back of the engine bay to meet the intake manifold. There was a blow-off valve mounted on the piping to have to "cool sound" of a bov. I don't care for the bov thing but neat idea to get it if you wanna stay SC
