Drove an MS3 - Blue N Boosted's new car *PICS*

I got the chance this weekend to take Blue N Boosted's new car out for a drive. He finally was able to get a new ride after having the RL totaled last year. The power is there, but in the driver seat, it seemed very smooth and the lag wasn't evident (but in the passenger seat it definitely is). Before I realized we were going 80 and I was still pulling. Overall seems like the car might be a little faster than my RL is right now. First impressions were pretty good. I'd like to see what the aftermarket can do with them now. Looks good. Tell him to watch out for those motor mounts though.

Lol, will do. I was watching that thread on the mazda forums and there were only 3 or 4 people saying they had problems. I don't think anything else has come of it since has it?

I say the same thing. I would have liked to see the ms3 in both forms, kinda like the new si's. I'd like to drive this one more though to get a better feel for the car, but from the little time I was in it, I liked it quite a bit. As far as driving it went though (gas/clutch, shifting) it felt very similar to the RL. Shifting felt a little smoother, but overall the car felt about the same. It was a very easy transition back and forth between his car and mine. The Flint Blue Mica color is an irridescent (sp?) color, shifting from a blue to gray which i like.

I want one..except I am 5k upside down on trade in with the RL and the MS3 cost like 30k
