what am i missing

I just bought a used redline here in tn. After I brought it home, I opened the hood again. This time i noticed something though. I think someone has removed a resevoir or something because there is a huge opening on the left side. A couple of brackets sticking up but nothing bolted to them. Does anyone have a pic of under the hood. I know the antifreeze and washer fluid is on the driver side. So what the hell is it?

Nothing is supposed to be there. The bracket is there because on the regular Ion there is something there.

thats where the airbox sits for the 2.2
