Polishing my m62 and valve cover

so since my car has been down i decided to polish my valve cover and m62. first off i have a new found respect for people like euthanasia who do this for a living. THIS SHIT TAKES FOREVER lol. im not even close to done but heres some process pics.

I tried polishing once and then said hell wit it!!

When you are done, I believe you have to seal aluminum. It seems to attract oils and stuff and look bad when you touch it.
