Polishing my m62 and valve cover

so since my car has been down i decided to polish my valve cover and m62. first off i have a new found respect for people like euthanasia who do this for a living. THIS SHIT TAKES FOREVER lol. im not even close to done but heres some process pics.

2006 Ion Redline: 80# injectors, tuned on e85, k&n cai,Ca V2 shorty header, magna flow catback to borla xr1 muffler,zzp catted downpipe,bwoody rear sway bar,zzp heat exchanger,custom option b, 2.8 smooth flow pulley, ingalls torque damper,quaffe lsd, Power stop evolution ceramic pads, Power stop Kinetic drilled and slotted rotors.

When you are done, I believe you have to seal aluminum. It seems to attract oils and stuff and look bad when you touch it.
