I gues it's safe to say that it will not be as powerful; as the LNF, but comperable to what we have now (number on paper anyways)

THe thing is, it will be SAE verieifed.. meaning it will NOT be underated. So how does it compare to the LSJ? I'll let you decide when it comes out

Given ENOUGH time any cars' value WILL go up. (With the possible exception of a Yugo - but who knows I bet someone would pay $4000.00 for one in mint condition)

It's either retro, or classic or vogue or whatever. Even stuff like Pacers and Gremlins and Pintos are worth more now than new.

So I take it the last ones are the 2006 models?

I wonder if the powerful skys will keep the redline tag....

This is sad.. my lease is up in March 2007 though so I will move on...

No there are 2007 Models, without the Recaro seats...........

and the Sky Redline is already named so....................

its not really sad. What is sad is Saturns advertising of the car. I had never once saw an advertisment for it, or a commercial for it. The only reason I knew it existed was because I happened to come across a dealer brochure. Perhaps if Saturn had actually marketed the car, it would have sold much better. Then again I have only come across one Cobalt SS/S to date so maybe not...

ION REDLINE value will never go up. just dont see it. the SKY on the other hand is possible one day if they production remains limited.

others may have to break down and buy the COBALT SS then if you cant get a REDLINE. I am not going to get into "which car is better" cause it is virtually the same car. WHich is better depends on you. I like my Cobalt but I like the saturn for the half rear doors but that is where my appreciation of the car stops. the rest is not as appealing to me as the COBALT. I glad they made the ION. It is a or was a good car.

it all depends on how you view 'up'

if you mean up, as in higher than MSRP. That won't happen for a very logn time.

but if you mean up, as in your car being worth more later than it is now. that's wrong, in about 2 years your car will be worth more than then it probably will be now.

04's are selling for 10-11k if you're lucky for the most part, I can easily see 2008 04's still being the same price if not possibly more.

my 2 cents

Uh, No. I dont see the market for placstic, econobox Saturns going up ever. It would be nice, but sooner or later reality is going to have to set in on us.
