yo Wattsup and sheek (some good old boys)

not to thread jack but im actually in the waldorf area now (south of DC) i am really excited about this TVS from Harrop, and i just now got up to speed on the LNF cobalt ss (and its rumored stage kit for 290 hp) and that seems pretty interesting as well, plus the the sky RL tuning from saturn motorsports for $500.

Plus, with any luck, ill be meeting up with another RL owner in MD this weekend, who i am guessing has been less on the forums lately as well. but maybe i can help him with his build and suck him back into the RL scene with me. you may know who im talking about. haha

I kinda wondered about that. Plus MSD makes a fuel pressure booster for $335. They also offer a boost controlled fuel system regulator. Any other thoughts on the fuel system issues?

It's a ghetto system that WOP abandoned a LONG LONG time ago

well i guess the bad news is that at 550 hp we would need 160lb/hr injectors according to the red bull solstice drift car specs. it said they had a GM racing fuel rail, anyone think they could find a part number for that?

Tech at my work sells injectors to all the cobra guys, he's got some pretty big injectors, not sure about 160# but he's got 'em over 100, I think like 120something... He's also got a returnless style fuel delivery system that's supposed to be super nice.

That's with E85, not gas, and it is actually overkill for that application. They basically used a fuel system they were most familiar with from the drag program.
