How restrictive is the stock exhaust? I'm debating doing a manifold-back exhaust first, then 60lbs injectors + HP Tuners, and then slapping this Harrop on. I think that would make a very fun daily driver for my wife
stock exhaust is 2.5" through i dont see any reason to change it when it already sounds good and works well when you can upgrade other stuff first i'm saving exhaust for last.

definitely do not leave exhaust for last if you are doing this blower.

For it being your wifes car, you can get more than enough power out of the stock blower for her.

I would say that a TVS shouldn't really be in the same class as most other "bolt-ons". Yes it can be bolted on, but there are so many other things that need to be done first or at the same time it will make your head spin.

lets say $500- $800 for cooling mods, 60# with harness $230, full 3" exhaust $1200, Interceptor guage and Wideband about $400, tune or tuning software $200-$650, clutch $1000, then probably want to look into a return style fuel system $600, I would say doing all that would make it a safe setup for this blower. Alittle excessive for your wifes DD. If you plan on tracking this or its a toy then go right ahead. I just dont see the point to do all that.

I am too...if you are trying to make this blower worth while...having it breathe through a stock exhaust setup, is not the way to go.
