I am thinking of going this route, since it looks like I will keep the car for the next couple of years.
To run this I would need supporting mods. Larger TB, exhaust, header, downpipe, cooling mods.

I have the header and downpipe, Cobra HE, and plan to add over axle bend pipe and a high flow muffler. I really dont want to go 3" exhaust, hate the way 4's sound, and dont want a loud ricer sounding car, its load enough already. 60lb injectors are already in there.

I will have to add the dual pass, which I will do hopefully when I buy a ported IM, wich I am waiting for results on the benefits of.

So i will need a tune, dual pass, TB and what else???? I would like to see atleast 300HP to the wheels, that more than enough. Thinking of picking the TVS up in Feb when tax returns hit my bank. Give half to the wife, spend the other half on me. So there wont be any

I know I will need a better clutch, but hopefully the stock one will last a bit, its got less than 10,000 miles on it. Axles can be replaced later on also, I dont launch much, so I assume they woull hold up.

I don't want the extra heat associated with the M62 vs the TVS1320. THAT is why I'm going to upgrade the blower. Larger blower at the same pressure will heat the air less (look up 'adiabatic efficiency') therefore I won't need to worry about a heat exchanger upgrade (tho that is on the list)

So tell me, after I tune the car, have the 3" exhaust setup, and 60lbs injectors, what else will I 'need' to run the TVS1320? The goal here is an efficient 280-300rwhp, for a quick, fun daily driver.

In case you aren't familiar with tuning an EFI system, a wideband AND an EGT probe are what I use to tune.
Thats cool man. There are many people that don't understand the VERY basics to the car and just wish to have XXX amount of power because they think it is easy to achieve.

For what you are wanting to achieve, running 2.75/3" exhaust with 60s and a fairly decent tune you can get to your desired 280. Probably more like 270 though. (can't help it, but have to say, if your want rwhp...this is the car for it sorry just had to mess with you on it.

There isn't much that you would need to get there. You can run the 85mm or even 80mm pulley with an agressive tune to get to the 280mark. To push higher, i'd suggest the cooling mods for more safety sake. Anything higher and you will really want to make sure you have all the mods necessary.

Yep! I'll hopefully be ordering the 3" header + 3" mandrel bends next week, and now I'm deciding on a muffler. She doesn't want the car very loud - I'm thinking a 5x10x24" Bassani 2.5" that I'll modify to 3" in 2.5" out with the stock tip might do the trick
