There is not a single thing different between the 07s and 06s except for the seats.

And the rear valance, but who's checking, lol?

I realize there aren't any AWD Deltas running around right now, but we know that the platform will support it.

O-M-G.... Got 3 Aura XR's in yesterday.... DAMN that's a nice car!! People are going nuts over it already. Front end is a tad "chunky" in person when viewed from the side, but not too bad - nowhere near as bad as the new Camry for example. GORGEOUS from every angle, interior is awesome, although I really don't like the Altima-esqe guages. They sucked in teh Altima, and they suck in the Aura, the wierd corrugated looking plastic around them comes off as cheap and out of charactor with the rest of the interior, too. MINOR nit-picks in an otherwise BITCHIN' car. And the panoramic roof KICKS ASS!!

How do we know that the platform can support it? Also, who says that the ion replacement will be a delta? The vectra isn't......

Isn't the replacement the Astra? Its much more Ion-sized.

If GM truly is going global, not building the ION/Astra/whatever it will be called off of Delta (or Delta II, if there is one) would be ridiculous, unless it is built off of Gamma or Epsilon, but those would probably be too small or big, respectively.

And I heard that the next-gen Delta will be AWD as well...WRX killer...

Something tells me it will be epsilon... but what would I know

Somethin tells me I can guess what kind of engine will be in a 'Redline' version too. But once again, I am just guessing...

You may have information that we don't, and if that's the case, I for one will accept your "hunches" - however, I'll say that it doesn't make much sense to me otherwise, since the Aura is Epsilon...? I imagine there'll be an Aura Redline to play with the Mazdaspeed6 and the Subies and such, but I can't see the logic in an Ion replacement riding on the same platform as teh Aura?

They need to build an AWD Twin Screw 4cyl. Everyone has freakin turbos. Saturn is different and if for that reason only every bottom model Saturn Redline should be supercharged.
