Who can help with MI dealer installed Stage upgrades?

I have had the run in with the Chevy dealers that wont touch a Saturn.

The Saturn dealers that wont install the parts.

I have ordered my Stage2 parts from a GMPP dealer.

Where can I go to get the parts in?

Pittsburgh isn't that far of a drive from there is it? just take a trip with dan from pittsburgh that travels from Michigan, they can hook you up here have you tried neighboring states?

Why won't Saturn install the freaking parts? It's got instructions for the Saturn in the kit... Perhaps you just need to go down there with the kit, and show them what it is. There must be a number for them to call to get information about them at this point.

If you have to install them yourself, it's not too bad.

That sucks man. I bet you want to get it on your car before Saturday morning I'll be partaking in that fun too. I think you know what I'm talking about at least...but um, apparantely there's a GMPP dealer in Ann Arbor here, I'm not sure where exactly. It's the one that max_boost mentioned where a parts guy is selling them with a discount. They might do it for ya...

Al Serra chevy will also install the stage kits. They are located in Grand Blanc, near Flint, Mi.

I have Saturn of Thousand Oaks (CA) doing mine. The GMPP dealer that I am buying the kit from stated that they could not touch the Satty by GM policy and another Chevy dealer that I talked to stated that the stage kit was not designed nor tested by GM for the Saturn and thus they would not order it for me unless I waived the warranty, so Saturn dealers are not the only ones clueless. The dealer that I am taking it to, no problems. I would have bought the kit off of them ( they have a GM associated dealership that is GMPP) but the parts guy there would not come off of list price.

yup... Satty of T.O.

well, i called there today and talked to a somewhat clueless esrvice mgr (she hadn't heard of the stage kit, let alone that it was from GM) but she still said "we'll install it on your car" and in fact i got the impression they'd install pretty much anything unlike my local dlr. as soon as my S2 arrives, i'm making an appt with them. can't wait!
