The Honda Curse...

There is somekind of voodoo hex curse on me. I'm losing to every single Honda I come across lately for the past couple of months.

Last night I lost to a turbo RSX Type S (5 car lengths before I let off), before that I lost to a Integra LS/VTEC Turbo (3+ car lengths before I let off), before that I lost to a Integra Type-R N/A (car length), Before that I lost to a EG civic hatchback turbo ( 2 car lengths) , before that I lost agianst a EK civic hatchback w/ I think Nitrous ( 4-5 car lengths )

I'm cursed!

But overall, it's not just Honda's. It seems like i'm losing a lot more lately agianst a lot of imports which I use to own. Am I getting slow or is everyone else just getting faster?

our cars are somewhat quick but all hondas can tune, have cheap aftermarket parts, and are light as hell. you should not have such a big ego about your car until some really good stuff is available. Just remember, we will finally get stage kits and hptuners, and then like a month later the sky RL will be out and probly whoop our asses.....food for thought

I don't have a big ego, it's just annoying to get beat so many times...

I like getting beat, I like seeing fast cars whoop me ONCE in a while before. Now it's just errking me.

I know there is always going to be someone faster, but i'm so use to winning..

When I had my 92 dsm turbo awd, dude I only lost a one handful of times out of like 100 or more races. I was pushing a lot more power with the DSM than the redline though.

It seems like with the redline, i'm losing 1 out of 2.

Check the kill stories section...I put a whopping 3 or 4 car lengths or so (would've been a little more, had we gone from the light) on a '90-'93 ACCORD, for crying out loud, up to 70 mph.

I wanted to give him the thumbs up, or find out what he'd done, but he ricer flew-by me.

Certainly put me on edge, and made me want Stage I all the more

You're just running into fast ones.. Rice spotted his brother in law 5 cars in that one video, and it was still pretty bad... That thing has a swapped motor even... not the h22, but still...

i dont see why you are worrying about losing to a RSX turbo or even a integra turbo...
a RSX with all bolt ons and hondata kpro is 220+ whp imagine with turbo 300 something! if you had a turbo you be beating him right now just gotta wait for the hahn kit...

I wouldn't worry too much, shit happens, we all know that. Just wait until we get OUR tuning, and OUR stage kits. I'm pretty sure that will get us back in the game.
