Thumbs down Im accident prone

let me lay something down for ya, i had a 1985 z28. I got rearended 4 times in
4 months then i got t-boned to total it. so i buy my 1994 z28, got rearended 2 times.

Now i have my 05 redline 4 months old, im stopping at a green light(because the cars in line have not started moving yet)when i looked into my rearview mirror i saw a green hood and bam i got rearended by a ford tauras i was at a dead stop she was doing about 35 no brakes involved. it happend at night i thought it just messed the bumper up and the paint, well a short drive and listen later i hear something rattling turns out the trunk dosn't line up with the back of the car any more. this really blows

and no im not a shitty driver and break real hard they just seem to like the color red.

My Mom worked for the traffic dept. in New York, and she noticed that red cars were the most accident prone. I told her that perhaps there is simply more red cars. Someone in school did a survey of car colors for a school project, and there were by far more red cars in their neighborhood. Perhaps my Mom was right, in your case. Get strobes. White is the first color the eye recognizes. That's why police light bars have white on the sides, for going through intersections.* Also alley lights.

that sucks man, i know it's all their faults but from what i've heard is when you start getting in a lot of accidents, regardless of whether it's your fault or not, insurance companies start to hate you, think that's the case with you? insurance rates increase at all?

sorry though man that blows

Rear-ended at 35? Damn, are you okay??

I hit someone from behind @ 15 mph, and THAT was violent.

My mom, in her Continental, got rear-ended by and Econoline van, at about 35-40. Car was damaged, but she got extensive neck injuries. Has been in PT for almost two years now.

Cars seem so very safe until you encouter inertia...

3k is'nt enough, custom paint job, stage2 kit, clutch & flywheel, new wheels & tires, cf hood, cf spoiler insert, Gravana body kit. Ya gotta figure all the possibilities.

That's strange...I was t-boned by some bitch on her cell phone in my explorer which then flipped 3 times over a curb and I was thrown into the back seat. Technically I would be dead if I WAS wearing my seat belt as the whole front compartment was crushed. I only had some soft tissue damage in my leg and near my tailbone...and then had to walk a mile to school in upstate new york because my car was totaled and my (estranged) father took the insurance payout...thank god that nightmare is dead and gone and gone and gone...

THESE ARE THE STORIES OF MY LIFE...

The owner of a body shop told me that white and red cars are hit most often. He said there are more of them because they are the 2 most popular colors.

I was rear ended by some idiot in a Dodge truck a few months ago. I know I was ready to get out and beat his no-driving ass. I mean how difficult is it to stop when the light has been red for a good 5 minutes and doesn't even appear to be turning green? And the funny part is that instead of cops trying to target drivers that aren't paying attention on the road, they target only people that speed. Good luck with your car. Remember to take it to the dealership. They'll fix it to factory specifications.
