The RedLines value...

Okay, what does everyone think this carsvalue is. None of the usual sources have a listing even for an '06 RedLine even.

Mine for example.

Sunroof
6 disc MP3 player
Comp Package

I have been shopping around, and one dealer even tried to give me trade value of $11,000! He admitted that he could not find the RedLine and just looked at QC values! Another says $15,000, but also says they can't find it listed...

So, what's anyones ideas of what these cars are worth

well supposedly progressive gave me the kelley blue book on my 05 redline when they totalled it out which came to 17,200. it was 7 months used by myself so i guess you can take that as you see it.

In 40 years with the flux capacitor conversion, in mint condition about 60 grand.

Well, senic mine is black ( the most rare color) i would say about $35,000 about now. Not to bad for having the car for almost a year. but this is just my opinion.........

Probably not that much. I hate to break it to ya, but its a Saturn. When Alpha traded in his QC3 for the redline, he was pretty upside down. Meanwhile I traded in my 05 Civic for the S.S. and I wasn't bad. Less than $2,500 and it was just over a year of owning it. I love the car to death, but fact is you should only buy this car if you plan on keeping it long enough to pay off.

yep, it sucks, especially when you see new '05 and even some new '04 out there going for what they go for.

I had planned on keeping the car and doing a lot with it, but once the problems started with the '04 it just left a bad taste. I think I have just outgrown the car. But it sucks when you go looking for a value and you can't even find the value for the current year car.

there is now ay your getting that much for it kirtsy maybe if you sold it outright.. but not as a trade. i got offered 16,500 as a trade and i had only 2200 miles on it and it was spotless... like showroom condition.. unless they are making a but load on the new car they aint going that high... just fyi the "redline" package only adds 650$ to the normal ion quad coupe's highest model in the book thats all!!! i was shocked to see this in there

You just have to find the right dealership... I traded in my '05 with 16,500 miles and got $18k. I was expecting them to tell me something along the lines of $14k, and when they came back with 18... I picked the WRX I wanted and was on my way.
