Gonna try an Evo

Ok so me and my friend are possibly going to race. Him in his stock Evo 8 vs my Stage 2 RL. I'm gonna try to get it from a 40 roll.

The question is what should I expect? Because lately in my head it feels my car isn't performing tip top where it should be. I read all these kill stories from other stage 2 RLs and to be honest I personally don't feel as fast as these stories make it seem. Like something COULD be wrong. I did after all buy the car used. And while it doesn't give me any problems I'll be pretty pissed if it's slower then most people.

So in racing him what should I expect the outcome to be?

We're gonna probably do a dig run also just for fun. I think I know how that will go LOL.

You should have no problems if he's stock. I took one from a 50 mph roll and I was bone stock a while back. Granted, only took him by a car length or so so driver could have played a big factor in that one. But with your stage 2 you should have no problems. Just hit your shifts right.

make sure you HIT the NAWWWWZZZZZ at the right time you dont want to blow the welds on your intake or fry the pistons. cuz then you and the mad scientist will have to replace them, LOL

evos are super fast but not as fast as my super REDLINE I have two turbos and a supercharger on mine.
