oil changes

Thanks guys, I guess I'll just take a middle ground and go 4K or so.

Memory serves correctly it's a 32mm socket. I have 45,000 km and have changed oil 7 times. 1st change was at 900 km (it had 600km when i bought it). So that's roughly every 7k and i havent had the change oil light come on yet.

I change it when the light tells me to... more often when racing.

Me too, or between summer and winter..which ever comes first [I put fresh oil in at the beginning of winter and again at the beginning of summer, roughly 6 months...well more like 7 and 5...lol

My light came on after roughly 7,350km's if I remember right, something in that range.

my oil gets changed every 3K before you guys flame me I know what im doing theres a reason I do it.

i changed my oil finally around lunch time.

its like night and day after the change, its crazy =)

i know my baby has been starving for it! lol

yeah it was as size 15 for the oil pan bolt, but i still gotta change my oil filter, i didnt have time today...

hey sp00ner, i know you're a diehard light fan like iw as prior to the rl, but now i'm starting to get worried. (since this is an oil thread already ). going on 7k miles on the car, still no oil light, i'm just worried if the light had been reset with no oil change (dumbasses at a dealership or something). put almost 3k miles on the car myself and no light to be seen.

i'd like to say i'd stick to the light but now i'm starting to get anxious lol

still too much in bike mindset where you always do at least one oil change inthe first 2-3k miles of the bike at the latest
