ha ha ha, I'm dealing with everyone man, I lost the # for corporate so I called almost all the DYT and CIN dealerships hoping maybe one would just say, "Hey, come on down tomorrow and we'll look at it."

No biggie, I'll just leave it to corporate...I just get tired of some people not believing me at the dealerships that the flows are different.

Well I'm certain thats the issue, seriously, I never see the coolant flowing...ever...that guy asking if I called Saturn of Dayton...he works at the dealership that I last called last (Saturn of Kings) so I sent him a PM apologizing if he got offended, but explained the radiator system and intercooler system aren't the same and I could get him the schematics if they doubt me that the gauge on the dash doesn't read the IAT2 temps.

Pierre, it won't throw a CEL or anything if my IAT2 gets too high, right? They were telling me it would and that if the temp isn't above 240 then there is nothing to worry about, I told them, once again, that is only for the radiator.

I'm not Pierre but....

No, it will not throw a CEL that I've ever seen. If the pump is completly burned up, I belive there will be a message on the dash though. Not sure.

The temp in the intercooler will probably never reach 240, but I did have mine into the low 220's in the middle of winter...

You had your IAT2 at 220 in the winter? Was this when the internals of yours was blown?

Also, I can't find your thread from when yours blew up...looking for pics to show a dealership. Darn you and your tons of pages of threads started!

sumthin wrong with your temps wolfie?

when you start your car the pump will fire up within 10 seconds or so, you can tell if the fluid is flowing by making a quick visual inspection of the filler neck, you'll see the fluid burbling mildly in the neck.
I have a jumper wire onhand so that I can run the pump when the car is shut off, makes it easy to hear it and see it working.

.
They seem a bit higher than in the summer, took it to saturn but of course they say there is nothing wrong.
