Angry Fuel Pump DIED!!!

My Fuel pump died this morning. 18049 mile and wham lost my fuel pressure. 60psi to nothing really kills the engine fast. At leaset I had a fuel pressure gauge so I knew what happen. So I call saturn and they towed my car in. Hehe I was pissed to say the least. I had that Saturn area manager that was over my dealership call me and offer me a extended warranty for 6 years or 60K. I want a LSD but she would not do that. LOL
So anyone else had one go yet or am I the lucky one?

You know I kinda wish mine goes out. I wouldn't mind the extended warrenty for free. How did you pull that off?

I got pissed since I just had the converter replace 2 weeks ago. So I call saturn asst. and complained and told them I wanted them to give me a new car. So they call the service manager. Then they call me back and made that offer so I took it....

I think there's a one in 10,000 chance that a fuel pump goes out. And I guess you're that one. At least you got that warranty.
