Went to the track

Well on Friday was the first time EVER ive been to the track. But yea it was fun i went with everyone at my work and my First run was against a All wheel drive eagle talon.........and i ran .......22 sec's YEA well i launched and the car liked died and i waited the it liked kicked back on the i went. Yea i was embarassed but what ever. Then i go again and im next to a z28 Camero and i dont launch that hard but half way down the track i look back to see where he was like a stupid a** and let go of the gas but i still ran 15.028 and he ran 16.586 THEN it rained out so we will be going back so if anyone wants to go to union grove dragaway let me know it would be cool with more redlines i think were going on Friday.

What were your 60' times like? REALLY humid out tonight too, bad for traction... I've been slipping the tires all over town today...

That 15 second run is an easy 14.4 with a good launch... shift points are just as important....

Work on your 60' times an your ET's will drop considerably. At the begining of the year, I was running a pathetic mid-15. With practice though, I got it down quite a bit.

Just keep practicing!
