wheres the damn accessory fuse panel

Im bout to install my interceptors and i got the "add a fuse" thingy but i cant locate the damn accessory fuse panel it says in the manual its located on the driverside next to the gas pedal and it needs to be unscrewed unless im not seeing somthing it's not there.

little help (?)

and the ODBII port is right under the little side holder thingy on the drivers left hand side right?

turn the little black screw on the drivers side of the center consol near the floor. there is a diagram of a "book" on the panel with a "i" on the pages...your fuse panel is behind that

oh, the OBD II port is located directly below that wierd pull down compartment on the drievrs side dash.

Or...

Look at your center console while standing in your drivers side door. The frontmost bottom part comes out. Undo the bracket that is now exposed, and viola! Fuses!
