anyone know how to adjust the stock ladder tach

i cant find the booklet that says how to. i know its a counter clockwise and clockwise operation. but is that when the pod is off and your facing the back (the 3 knobs)or is it when your facing the lights and gauge face... pelase help. i hate seeing that red light for like 700 rpm.. kinda makes me feel naughty to take it up to 7k. with that red light on for that long. any help appreciated.

It is based off you looking at the gauge and lights (front of the unit) when sitting in the seat.

That still doesn't clear up if it's clockwise facing it, or clockwise as teh gauge sits... that's what messes me up...

That's exactly what I did. I found a long stretch of straight highway [not hard to find here] downshifted into 3rd and hit cruise-control at the rpm I wanted the light to come on at and turned until I got it...lol
