Update on Clutch.

The clutch was overheating. It overheated so much that the flywheel cracked. So, the dealership is waiting for a Clutch and Flywheel to come in.

The Dealership has no idea.

I think it might be something misaligned that caused it to overheat.

Do you put your foot on the floor after you shift or tend to rest it on the clutch pedal?

When I first got my car, I always rested my foot on the shifter, and realized I was keeping the pedal pushed in a little bit. I don't know if it was enough to engage it a little bit, but once I realized that, I immediately made myself keep my foot on the floor. If you do the same, maybe this is a cause?
