Is there a TSB for the reversed intercooler wiring?

I've heard (read) people mentioning it here, but if it is a TSB, does anyone have the number?

BTW, anyone else have the dash plastic peeling where their right legs hits down by the HVAC controls?

TSB # 05-06-02-003. Using the forum's search feature would have netted you at least two hits re the TSB.

Re peeling plastic... no problem here.
