Both have 86mm flat top pistons, the 2.0 is a 86mm stroke, the 2.2 is a 94.6mm stroke.

The 2.2L used in Saturn L series motors is 10:1, while most other 2.2L motors are 9.5:1.

The 2.0L LSJ is 9.5:1 as well.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the shortblock is the same for the two and just the head is different.

The combustion space in the head is what is changing the compression ratio, so the pistons are the same.

I also have a set of used 2.2L pistons (actually an entire rotating assembly and a head - the block had an casting issue causing a minor oil leak).
