Did the HP drop after each run?

Sure, as heat builds up, HP drops, very normal situation. We let it cool down over our lunch time (30 minutes) and did a fresh run and posted 4 hp more (222 vs 218).

3rd

Thats a 3rd gear run. The speed says that it stopped at around 100 which is the top of 3rd, that ain't no 4th gear run.

No, not a 4th gear run - 4th gear turned about 217-218. I printed the peak HP results, which were in third. My buddy, who was running the dyno controls with me, typed in the wrong gear info.

Looks like the max HP was right at the end of the run. How do you know you couldn't have made more power? If it had been a 4th gear pull, could it have gone higher, or did you hit the rev limiter?

Also, I haven't noticed any idling problems with A/C on. It does behave a little differently, though. When approaching a stop, after depressing the clutch, the RPM normally falls slowly to about 800 (normal idle). With the A/C on, the RPM will fall to about 1200 and hang there for a second or two, then go down to 800. Maybe the computer is trying to keep the car from stalling because of the extra drag on the engine?

Several guys, including me, reported stalling and weird idle problems when using the AC after installing the AEM short ram.

The idle concern you're talking about is related to the electronic throttle as it detects road speed - RPMs won't drop fully until you're stopped.

I simply quit using my AC (except last night for a few miles while headed to a BBQ with the wife, no problems then) and the issue hasn't resurfaced. In my spare time (working doubles right now), I'll contact AEM and let them know what's up and see if they have a plan.

When I got my car w/ intake the idle jumped around. I reset the ECU and it was smooth. Perhaps try similar? $.02 inserted.
