In English, please? Velocity mod? "Y-pipe with a dump"? Are you talking about an exhaust cut-out?

its part of the map sensor. Thats why its so hard to tune our cars. The Map and Intake Temp sensor is one and the same.

iat

The map sensor by the blower snout (passenger side of the intercooler) is a TMAP (Temp, Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor. You can tell cause it has 4 wires instead of 3. It has the iat sensor used for spark advance, etc. The MAF contains a temp sensor, but would not be used for engine controls because its pre-S/C and would not reflect the heat generated from the blower and the efficiency of the intercooler. Standard S/C stuff.
