Routinely do 135-140 during 'Tuning' runs.

Highest I've gone in the Redline was about 145mph, when the driver's door trim (the piece behind the door) was violently ripped off LOL

Best pulled speed was 146 in a 35 in my '77 Trans Am. My own uncle pulled a gun on me (he was Chief of Police in Coleman, FL - now Chief of Police in Trenton, FL). I was 17 at the time, and he did worse than ticket/impound me - he told my mom. I got my ass torn UP for that stunt

i had a log of hitting 163 at one point. iat2's were redic and so were egt's. Def not recommended unless you have to do it haha.

I hit 145 on I-5 going to long beach (my hometown) Racing some ricers in the middle of the night. I had more, but cars were comming up fast & girlfriend screaming at me, I had to let off it, but not b4 I got her to snap the pic I have in my sig (although A couple people have stolen it for there sig) I don't mind though....nicksredline By the time she got the camera out of her purse, between the cussing at me it was down to 140, but that's ok, still cool to have proof of that. That's when my car was completely stock. It took the ricers about 10 minutes to catch up w/ me & they stayed in back of me the next 100 miles. A couple pulled up on the side of me w/ a WTF kinda car is that look on there face, a small nod, & a thumbs up & dropped back behind me. My car gained the respect of my girl that night (suprisingly) she bragged about that for weeks to come & when ricers pull along side us to this day She waves at them & laughs & says "you don't want none of this" it sounds so cute

like i said, i had more in it, but at 150+ in the middle of the night, things get scary and i become a pussy. it was pulling pretty good in 5th when i hit 6300 and backed off, and i know there's more in it. but that's for a later time.

I hit 145 one time when I was close to stock. I was right next to my friend in his balt. I got it on video and you can hear me sound confused when I say we are going 138, even though the rpms were still climbing lol

i had it pegged past 140 i was stock and my revs were a lil over 6300 so how ever fast that is 155 about, although i was in a 03 fully built eclipse the other night doing 172 35r put down 398whp it moved big time lol ill have to get the video up of the race sometime it was us a 360whp bmw 135i and a k20 jackson racing s/c del sol on 9lbs

The fastest I have ever gone in any car is 160 mph in a C6 corvette, and coming back the other way on the highway the driver ended up wrecking. At least it wasn't at 160 mph though.
